* Bidder inspection is encouraged.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
* Buyer's premium rate charged is 12%.
* Credit Card on file will be charged at the conclusion of auction.
* Semi and Trailers need to be paid by a wire transfer.
*Pickup will be Thursday July 7th 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm Central Time
*Shipping is available for small items. Buyer pays shipping and handling. Call 260-223-1273 with questions.
*Absentee bids will be executed by the auction company for local customers only.
* For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
We will collect 7 % sales tax on the truck and trailers.
Any Item not removed or scheduled to be shipped will be considered Abandoned after July 9th,2022
Please bring your own packing and moving supplies. If you purchase large items such as furniture or equipment, please bring additional assistance as the auction company will not be responsible for providing assistance with large items.
